I ordered shirts two months ago. It said well over a month ago that they had shipped. I never received my order. Every time I checked the USPS tracking, it said labels created, and that they hadn’t received the package yet. I tried to contact the company about 100 times and they were never around during their business hours. I left multiple messages on their machine during business hours and they never called me back. Today is the first day I was actually able to reach someone, and they blamed it on USPS. I use USPS daily at my company and sure covid caused some delays at first, however, shipping is back to normal now. Even when it was delayed, it was by a day, maybe two. They won’t take responsibility for their poor customer service. Being a wholesale blank clothing provider, they should realize that print shops depend on their service to be reliable. Now I have angry customers who wanted shirts two months ago and I had to tell them it will have to wait until I order from a different company. I am a very small business and I can’t afford to have my money sit in limbo while these guys fool around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY – it’s worth spending a LITTLE more to order elsewhere…
