I placed an order April 10,2020 for 2 pair of shoes for $59.00 and I have not received my order and I have not received a response from customer service after sending several emails for an update or refund. I received a notification that the order had been shipped and delivered but there is no tracking number available
I ordered tennis shoes on April 28, I also received an email stating they received my order and I was charged. The ad was through Facebook. I still have not received my order. I tried contacting them several times with no results. I was charged for my “purchase” .
I ordered a pair of shoes back in April of 2020. My order took two months to be delivered and the shoe size was not corrected; after I had reached out to the company numerous times. They responded with run around answers to address my concern. No screen shot of my order was no longer available when I tried to go back on the site as they had suggested.
In April I ordered are all cute pair of summer sandals paid 30.00 for them. Received a confrontation email and another email stating order had shipped? Now I get no response from clothesline. Does anyone know how to contact them address I have refuses to answer.
