This agency has made several attempts in both 2017 and 2018 to get remuneration for lab tests that the doctor’s office at which these were performed assures me are not to be paid by me. The most recent voicemail message, left on my landline, told me that if I did not pay, the bill would be referred to a collection agency. Now a paper bill has been sent to my home address. Again, the doctor’s office told me to ignore the fraudulent claims by this company.
