Client service

Valerie – Sep 18, 2020

Client service scams. I have nothing on my credit score and nothing outstanding but I have been receiving a large amount of calls throughout the whole day attempting to reach me. I answered it and a Kimberly Jones advised me that she is not able to send proof from their client. I had an outstanding balance of 1,826.00 if it went to court I’d be at 3k but would settle for 968.00. I advised her due to the pandemic I’m living paycheck to paycheck and I want the documentation. She than said the company agreed to 2 easy payments of 256.00 they would send me a “payment agreement paid receipt only after the last payment” . No receipts until fully paid. I requested it multiple times. She than let me know last week 9/10/2020 that she was going to start the court documents and send a sheriff to my house or work to have them serve me with court and warrant documents for bank fraud. I hung up and called a different number for client services and they advised me there was nothing in their records under my name or anything. They than called again today (Kimberly Jones) and advised me that I was now in an agreement default. I told her my attorney is involved and she quickly said wow ok we must have made a mistake on our end. You will not receive anymore calls from us. There are two different phone numbers they keep using. 844-347-8257 or 704-209-4446. I think this needs to be investigated quickly.
