Type of a scam Credit Cards
Received numerous phone calls and left no message. This company called my work number and family, when i answered phone they stated they were representing a credit card company in which was now in collections. This credit card had been closed for 7 years. We told this company the debt had already been paid. The amount they said was owed was $4000, which they were happy to settle for $2000 and nice enough to set up payment plans. We called the credit card company and of course nothing was owed. Thankfully we are diligent in checking our credit report which nothing was showing of course. The lady we spoke with was extremely rude and would never provide me the company address and just getting their company name was like pulling teeth! Dont fall for these scammers they use scare tactics to get money out of you.
