Fax was received from Sam Mahmud Clerk Foregate Chambers portraying a partner of UK based law firm stating "unclaimed permanent life insurance policy" for a deceased client who worked in UAE and death was over 7 years ago. Family relatives were not located and he asks for the recipient of the fax to join in partnership for the claim of this policy benefit for the cost of 10% of the total $10,950,777.00 USD to be donated to charity.
