He promised to help my elderly father Refinance his home. The agreement was to make 5 months with payments of $750 & after those payments, it would drop even lower.

This is the Management of Clear Bay Legal. This complaint is totally FALSE. We are good honest people who have families and 100% LEGITIMATE. Ms Ramirez is the daughter of her father who was part of this initial process to hire us. Its been less than 30 days and they NEVER called us expressing any issues or concerns. They even made a payment after this complaint was made. If they wanted to cancel all they had to do was call us and it would have been resolved. We have never and would never take advantage of anyone and this is unfair that Ms Ramirez is making claims when she was part of facilitating this process. We have reached out to her numerous times to address this false complaint and will continue to do so. if anyone has any questions or concerns or in anyway has doubts due to this fraudulent complaint we encourage them to call us directly.
