Oscar Ortega representing himself as Clear Vision Systems from Aurora Colorado is going door to door selling used vacuums without a sales tax license in Montrose Colorado and without a vendor permit. He claims you cancel the contract in 3 days, but lists another persons phone number on the contract. When you call that number, the person will give you the number of Oscar Ortega, but the phone will not take messages, thus you can not cancel within the three days. The contract is void in that no company in Colorado exists named Clear Vision Systems.
