This company is full of BULL[censored]. They take your money out of your account immediately but ship your order as they see fit. No one answers any emails, no customer service number. It’s a [censored]ing shame companies can take your money and are not held accountable for scam. It’s only $30 but it’s my $30 . This company better be glad they based in Detroit and I’m in NYC or I would show them SORRY BULL[censored] B[censored] [censored] COMPANY. CLASSIC WORLD DVD COUNT YOUR [censored]ING DAYS!

I bought the solid gold tv series. Video and audio quality were about 7 out of 10. Happy with my purchase.

Bought the series “Call to Glory” … all were delivered like others have said … no titles … no menus … cheap … and of the delivered DVD’s, 5 didn’t play correctly. They claimed “no complaints” (which I’m sure is true as they probably have never sold them before), but agreed to ship me 5 new DVDs. of the new ones, item 1 didn’t work, so I did the detective work to tell them what was wrong and got zero response. Not an impressive site.

Paid $39.99 on January 6th for a 10 dvd set of old Hollywood squares game show. Have never received anything. No response from emails sent. An absolute scam! They are completely fake. There is nobody to contact to do anything about their theft of people’s money. Stay away at all costs

I was recently given Who’s The Boss Series as a gift. It cost $40. It was delivered looking like blank dvds with paper sleeves wrapped with a thin rubber band. Nothing was labeled. I had to go through all 14 dvds to label each one and the seasons/episodes. The menus on the video shows the name and number of each episode. However, it numbers all the episodes as one entity… not separated as episodes. So, if you are searching for a specific season to watch, you’re guessing. It took me an hour to go through them all and label the sleeves myself. So far, the quality is ok. I didn’t watch every dvd yet.

I spend time to fix it up a bit and label each disc with all seasons and respective episodes. For this issue, I don’t feel as if it’s worth $40 as I had to do this work myself.

They claimed in an email that they have very little complaints, and that this series is impossible to find. Does that mean they can overcharge for a cheesy bootleg series?

I purchased some DVD"S from a website called (Classic Dvd World) I received them ok. After starting to play them I found between 8-10 of them that would not play correctly. I contacted the company. They replied that there was a problem with that series of Dvd’s and offered me $20.00 back to keep them as is. I turned down that offer and requested information on how to return them for a complete refund $124.99. They emailed me back said I didn’t need to return them for they would not be selling them anyway an told me they would be sending me a check for the full amount. That was in August. Now as today October 20th they will not answer any of my emails or return my phone calls. 1-800-792-5618. So they are real happy to take your money but when it is time to refund it is like they went out of business an are hiding.
