Type of a scam Phishing
I received a telephone call from someone identifying himself as a Lt. with the Clark County Sheriff’s Dept. He proceeded to inform me that there were warrants issued for against me stating that I failed to appear for a grand jury summons. He wanted me to meet him at the LVMPD Headquarters with a pre-paid debit card for $1000. I called Metro dispatch and was told this is a scam.
