I was asked to publish a property for rent. I looked up the address 196 St Catherine st Natchez, Ms where i found that the home was for sale and contacted the realtor on the listing to see if she knew if the owners were planning on renting and if the name clarence Crenshaw was familiar or an email address of [email protected] and she never heard of either so these people were trying to get people to pay a deposit for a home that wasnt theirs to rent
