Type of a scam Government Grant
Contacted via longtime facebook friend via messenger. Was telling about government grant. We talked about storm damage in previous message. (So I thought it was storm damage related). Said to text claim agent to see if eligible for funding as well. Said to text that a friend recommended to contact them to see if we met requirements for the government grant. Agent asked to fill out an online form. I asked the grant name website. They said Resource Finder USA. I did not continue contact, called friend but couldn’t talk to hem. I blocked the number I texted with and blocked the Facebook friend. Hope this is enough to avoid problems.
