Recieved phone call stating power of company was to be shut off today. Gave me payment center phone number to clear up. After 2 transfers, I talked to Gregory Miller, told him bill was paid. Gave payment receipt number. He said clerk posted payment to wrong account.His system could not fix the problem for 12 hours. Only way was a Money Pak transfer. $***. Followed his instructions. He took money over the phone. Then 2nd person, Tyler, called after saying amount was incorrect and had to resubmit payment. Said $*** would temporarily fix problem until tomorrow. Submitted $***. He called back next morning asking about remainder. I have not called him back.
