Young male Caucasian around age of early 20’s came knocking on my door pretending to work for the city of Fresno. He stated that 2 houses down the street got robbed and the city gave out a $1000 grant to every home owner in the area to have security cameras installed. He wanted to come inside and check out my house to see potential places where they could mount the cameras. They asked to to download an app as well but when they had no proof that they were working for the city they got spooked and never returned.
