I placed an order for cigars, after a few weeks of calling and asking where the order was and why it has not been shipped, I am continually told that the order was sent to the warehouse and they cannot provide me with a definite ship date. Today I asked to cancel the order due to being over 2 weeks late. I was told that they could not refund my money and cancel the order because it has already been sent to the warehouse. They have told me this for the past 2 weeks and still have not sent the order (how long does it take for a warehouse to pull a few cigars and send them)…I am confident this business is a scam and anyone attempting to send their hard earned money to them should be advised prior to doing so.
