I payed through PayPal it’s been a month and I haven’t got any updates on my wig.but on the site it say it take a month for delivery. And I know I see a lot of people saying they wig not human hair or it’s not how they thought it would be. So I’m worried now.plus the prices was cheap so maybe I should have knew better then.

I put in an order read the reviews immediately try to cancel it they would not let me cancel it told me I had to receive the product that I can return it as soon as I received it I go on the website and the whole website will shut down they took my money then shut down their website I am still waiting for my refund they took the product back and have yet to give me my money 74 dollars total money lost I filed a complaint through PayPal they have yet to get back with me

They sell garbage. Totally not what is advertise. Do not buy anything or your money will be loss. The ship from US and if you ask for a refund, they tell you to send product back to China. Deceptive and Fraudulent behavior.

These wigs are garbage. Nothing like what is shown on the website. They also ship from New Jersey and ask customers to return these trash to China. Stay away from this company they steal your money and do not give refunds.

I purchased 3 lace wigs from the website Ciciwigs.com for $52.87. I waited 14 days to receive my product. When I opened it the wigs right off the bat were not the colors I ordered.. Then after further inspection.. I found they weren’t lace wigs, they were made with synthetic hair, and they weren’t the style or thickness I ordered either. I contacted support through email to report the huge differences in what I ordered and what I received. I requested my money back in full refund and a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to them. Support contacted me back stating that their product is not supposed to be exactly what is in the ad on their site. However it was NOTHING like the ad, or the detailed description of the product. They proceeded to claim it was my fault and they told me to complete a refund form to receive full refund. I completed the form and returned it back to them via email and awaited their response. They replied back and offered 2 options, 1. They would return 5% of the purchase cost and I keep the product. Or 2. Return product for full refund, BUT I have to pay to ship it back to China to them and pay all or any fees or whatever other costs incurred to ship it back and if they "dont receive it" then they wont return my money. I don’t believe they have any intent to refund my money. I dont want to waste anymore of my money on this scam. They continue to claim its my fault even though they grossly false advertised their products and knowing misrepresented them in the pictures and description of the product. I am out $52.87 with no hope of refund.

I ordered 3 lace front wigs with the buy 2 get 1 deal. My items arrived not at all as described. No lace at all. They look like costume wigs. I’ve emailed several times and have yet to get a response. Now that I’ve read the reviews and complaints, I’m pretty certain I’ve been ripped off and won’t be getting my money back. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a lace curly wig from this company and waited almost a month for arrival. When I received it, I received a long brown wavy ugly wig without any lace as shown when I ordered it. The CiCiWigs.com pop up on my computer and even though I thought it was too good to be true I order because I thought they were going out of business, so I place an order May 15, 2020, for seven wigs, buy two get one free, I was so excited,I didn’t even realize that the number of wigs I order,didn’t add up to the number of wigs on the invoice.,but I paid with my Visa debit credit card anyway and Waited for my wigs to come… after about two or three weeks I tried to call and realize again that instead of being ten numbers to call them back, it was eleven. But I kept calling and emailing them, NOTHING.

I’m going through breast cancer lost my hair an decided to look online for front lace 360 wigs when I came across www.ciciwigs.com .I ordered 2 because they said the 3rd was free no update spent an extra 15.00 to get wigs 2 to 3 days I have an app called shop still no update just says order shipped. After watching reviews I curious if I’ll get wigs which totaled 72.00 dollars or the wigs I seen on youtube bad reviews except for 1 …ill definitely be more careful an will be calling my bank if I dont get what was advertised.

I had ordered off of the website amost 3 months ago. I reached out via email twice about my order and haven’t gotten any response back. The tracking number given doesn’t work. The number provided on their website doesn’t work either. I requested a refund, and still no response. I spent over $50 dollars on their wigs. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM.

I have emailed the supplier several times asking for a refund and I haven’t gotten any response. I did a little research and found out that this company has ripped off several other people as well. The picture I have included is what was sent to me not what I ordered.

I purchase with this company for their Black Friday sale in November 2019. They took over 3 weeks to send my order and when I received it it was completely wrong. The items were not as described. They were supposed to be quality lace front wigs. The items were not lace front at all. They were the wrong color. They were supposed to be human hair and they were synthetic plastic.

I contacted the company via email right away with pictures attached and a description of why my items didn’t match my purchase and requested a refund. I had to send the same email 2x before receiving a reply 2 weeks later. Asking for description and pictures. Very confused I sent the email a 3rd time. Then after another week and half they replied asking if I would like to keep the items and accept a partial 5% refund. I said no. I wanted to return the items for a full refund per their return policy listed on their website. I ask for a return shipping address.

They didn’t reply so I sent my return request a 4TH TIME and asked again where to send back the merchandise. No reply. I sent it a 5TH time. Still no reply. This was a month ago. I never received any more correspondence. I sent an email today saying I was filing for a dispute with my financial institution and report them to you.

They ripped me off for $60. I found out researching them after the fact online other people had the same experience. So disappointing I didn’t do my research 1st. This company should be shut down or a the very least banned from selling their products here in the USA.
