I ordered a necklace for my husband for Christmas and not only have I not received my order but their site states they will respond within 24hours. They did the first time but since the 15th they have not responded to any emails. They do not give a phone number or address only online. Now when I hit their link they sent me I get a message that states it is no longer available.
