I ordered 2 craft cabinets for $39.56 from a Facebook ad showing a craft cabinet for $14.95. Apparent size from ad was about 4 ft tall with multiple compartments. Single price we very low. I ordered 2 cabinets. This was approximately 3 months ago. Not only did they charge my PayPal account for these two cabinets but also about 4 more charges for approximately. $100 total. I disputed the charges with PayPal but have not heard back .
Finally I received 2 plastic divided boxes today that were about 8″ x 8″. Not only misrepresentation of the product but no recourse for a refund. I am disappointed that Facebook allows these unvetted, dishonest companies to advertise. I would appreciate any help in securing a refund for this indignity.
I purchased 2 chainsaws from Chunyue for $49.90 on 08/10/20 from Facebook. Was notified then that it would be up to 15 business days to receive them. What was delivered on 09/08/20 was two chainsaw blades with cloth handles. Tried to contact them via email and discovered email account was no longer available. Tried to go back to original Facebook page but it too was no longer available. Any help in retrieving my purchase or a refund of my money would be much appreciated.
