This company is the American version of the UK’s Penmex which has awful employee reviews. They prey on young people with promises of huge earnings within a short time if you stick to their sales "systems". When you fail to hit goals and do not earn anything close to what is promised, they blame you for failing to follow their systems. They dodge questions in your "interview" about pay/benefits and are deceptive about what you are getting yourself into. You will end up making far less than minimum wage for very long hours.
