This wig company is engaged in fraudulent business practices. The information on the website and the actual customer experience is very contradictory. There customer service is non-existent although they offer an email option and a refund policy on their website, they do not honor it at all. The shipping tracking info that is received by a customer leads to an unfounded or non-existent web page. They present themselves as a company from California or Washington state but I believe the origin is China. The website does not indicate any extended shipping delays, however in my experience shipping took 2 months and the product I received was not what I ordered. I returned the product according to their refund policy and am still waiting for my refund. I did some additional research online and other people mark the company as a scam and I read several poor customer service claims similar to mine. They are cheating a majority population of women of color from their money and should be put out of business.
