I went to this website 2 weeks ago to order children’s choir robes for our church program this Sunday. I received a confirmation email that said that I would receive another email with the tracking number once it shipped. I did not receive an email or hear anything from the company, so I decided to email them and they never responded. I tried to call and it went straight to voicemail every single time. I looked at their Facebook page to find that they operate under the name of churchgoers.com. I looked at churchgoers’ Facebook page and found reviews of previous scamming. I tried to also contact them with their online chat service, but it was also "closed down" and has been every time I have tried to use it. This company is ripping off people and NEVER trust choirbuy.com or churchgoers.com. If you need to order from online, speak to someone first, verify as much information over the phone, via email, via live chat…exhaust your options. I am currently in the process of trying to retrieve funds, but I am not hopeful of success. Again I repeat, NEVER TRUST CHOIRBUY.COM OR CHURCHGOERS.COM!
