An attorney from China sent a letter claiming that he was employed by China Merchant Bank and represented someone with my surname who was killed in an auto accident in China. The attorney managed finances for this individual and claimed that I am the beneficiary of the estate of $4.1M. The Attorney’s name is Fa Lin using the email address [email protected] hk.net
This was an initial letter and attempts were not yet made to solicit money.
