Im going to start working on this to shut down there scaming ive done alot of research i was going to buy a shed and this site is still up and running i will hand this off to some other people

This site is definitely scammers! My order was supposed to be $199 for 2 paddleboards, and it changed to $99 plus seller name changed to a Chinese person’s name, not even a company, without my authorization, upon hitting purchase. I tried to file dispute that day, because I knew something was not right. Then paypal closed my dispute because seller said it was shipped. UPS confirmed a 1.1 lb. package was not shipped to my address but can’t tell me where!

Nov. 7, 2020 we ordered a 8ft x 5 ft storage shed from this company for $99 paid through PayPal. I was sent a confirmation from an e-mail that does not exist. Paypal paid that e-mail address because they were sent a USPS tracking number. I called the USPS and they tracked the number of a package that was mailed the day BEFORE I placed my order, to a PO Box in my town-not even my address. PayPal refused to address the issue. Obviously the large shed did not arrive, nor was it placed in a small PO Box. This scam company is operating all over the USA and no one can stop it. Capital One credit card refused to stop payment because PayPal disputed it. PayPal will not reply. Is there not a way to stop this fraud!?

YES THEY SCAMMED ME TOO

With what little money I did save up to get my two baby granddaughters a Christmas gift. I came across this website “Children’s Park”. I decided to get something that would last a long time for them, a “swing set” they could share. Now not only am I out money(YES, They had no problem to take the money out of my account) but now I have to figure out how I’m going to get them something for Christmas. I wish they would take this website down. WHAT A SCAM! My heart is broken :’)

They are a complete scam and should not be aloud to advertise!

This company over charged us for an item. An item we NEVER received. We email 4 times with no response. The phone # to call doesn’t work either. I have contacted our credit card company to dispute the charge.

Ordered a paddle board on 10/03/2020. Paid thru paypal. Didn’t hear from company. Send a few emails with no response. Seller listed on info as [email protected] On 11/04/2020 I contacted paypal. They researched and sent me response from seller Stating order shipped on 10/30/2020 from Texas via USPS and provided a tracking number. Based on tracking number order was delivered 11/02/2020 and left at my front door. Well package would be 10’ long so I think our mail delivery person hold have said something. PayPal refunded my money. Paypal needs to remove…

Looks like I got scammed I purchased a swing for $99. I hope to meet this person some day.

I too was taken, ordered a canoe for 99$ had a tracking # never seen a thing.Ordered 9/11/2020 to 10/25/2020. I e-mailed and called no reply. PayPal did not help.?

I ordered a Garden Shed on October 6 , for 99.00 from Children’s Park, using PayPal to Pay for the Purchase and sent me confirmation , PayPal took out my Money from bank, on October 7th, The Payment from PayPal of 108.00 went to a Sherron Huddleston @ Email. [email protected], but I have not heard of the company about my order, either from Children’s Park or this Sherron Huddleston, I think I got scammed, Wrote PayPal, wrote that Sherron by her e-mail, and left message on Children’s Park Website, neither has contacted me back yet. What Can I do about this to get my money back .

Report fraud with your home State. Look for a State a Department of Consumer Services. You may wish to report this with the police or Sheriffs Department in your State. As you can see, you are not the only one impacted by this scam being perpetrated. These departments have the ability to track down these scammers using the email you put out there. Sounds like PayPal has some information… like where payments are being made… they need to share with the police also. If more people step up these people will get caught and you just may receive compensation.

File a dispute with paypal. They’ll research and reimburse you.

So I ordered a storage shed for our trash cans and it was 99.00 through PAYPAL they had no problem taking my money and still no storage thing. So does anyone on here know what to do next?

I also ordered a swingset for 98.00, never received it, did get a pair of socks. I trusted the site because I trusted PayPal. Shame on them for taking advantage. How do they get away with this.

I brought a bounce house for 99.00 and never receive the bounce house. This is a SCAM. Would like to know if childrens park could be know as a BIG SCAM and to make them pay everyone back their money they RIPPED OFF.

I experienced the same all the complaints ordered a swingset for 82 $ received the same same response from PayPal I have a copy of all transactions just wish this sight and posting thru Offerup as a Ad so i am thinking they had to pay for that . submitting a complaint to offer up for having there company having that posted they should be held responsible for that posting also . all be taking down and sued

I saw a kayak for $99.00.
Clicked onto the website, and saw that everything was $99.00 or less.
As i do with ALL my online purchases, I checked the reviews.
AS I suspected, a scam. The lucky ones at least received a pair of socks!
Why does pay-pal, or the government, let them exist?
These times are hard enough. We do not need scammers taking our hard earned money.
This site needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I expected this website, uschst.com – Children’s Park was a scam, they were selling storage sheds from Lifetime for $99, and only want you to use Paypal. I am glad that I found these reviews before I lost $99. Looks as though that old sayin, is it’s too good to be true, still holds

I attempted to purchase a paddleboard. Money was taken from Paypal but looked suspicious because the received was a name (Xavier). I have been trying to stop the transaction with paypal as this appears to be a scam. Emailed the company. No response. No phone number. This website needs to get shut down.

on july 8th 2020, I saw an add on facebook. Clicked it and they were advertising inflatable water slide for $99 or less. So I baught one. Now it is August 3, 2020 no email for conformation, nothing. Pay pal is allowing this to happen and tells you to dispute it but when you do you get an error message.

I suspected this was a scam prior to giving out my credit card info. They are selling $600-$700 kayaks for 99.00. And selling children’s swing/playsets that would normally be $1000+ for 99.00

I purchased an inflatable water park on this website May 9, 2020. Tried calling any number, didn’t work, researched figoodz, went to their FB page and tried messaging someone. They responded and sent the tracking number via usps. Stuck in China for 2 months. Once the package arrived this week it was a used pair of socks. Filed a claim wirh paypal 7/24/20

Multiple ads on Facebook say a company is having a "closeout sale" or "anniversary sale" where they sell inflatable slides for children. The email address on the website is bogus. I’ve paid on PayPal and the email from PayPal is bogus as well. They send out a shipping number through PayPal but it is never shipped. It just stays as "Label created but not yet in system".

Ordered a swing, keeps saying order is pending. I’ve emailed them and got no reply. Called them and the number isn’t in service.

Ordered #967881 Bandai water slide and received an email from you that this was the order. Paid $99 dollars through pay pal to seler brownLLC-haojiuyouqi. After over a month I received a pair of socks. This was a scam and a total rip off.

Got $98.00 outta my PayPal account for a skytower2 swingset but never sent me the swingset.
