Out around $93 USD . I ordered 2 dresses – Site states goods ship within 3 days . It has been over a month . Requested a refund last week ; I have yet to receive a refund – I received a link for the return but I have not received any additional information . The event we needed the dresses for is next week and they could not even give me a tentative ship date.
I purchased a dress it took about 8 day for me to receive. I paid over $50 for it and the material was horrible very cheap, like a costume. I reached out to them to return it and they told me that pretty much I have to pay for it and I have to ship it back to China! It was delivered from NY. So it would be too expensive that I should keep it and give to someone as a gift.pn
I bought 4 dresses and they are such poor quality. After paying $150 I asked them to mail me a return shipping label and they kept telling me it’s expensive to ship back to China and I should keep them and donate them to charity. Do not order from this company!
Absolutely do not purchase from this site. As I see now, the same issue is happening to me as did all of the above comments. I purchased a dress which came in way too large and a completely different shade of the color I ordered. They will not let me return this and are asking if I could just keep it and they’d give me $5. I paid $45 for this dress. What a scam.
First and foremost…Do Not Buy from this company. Adorable clothing but shady return practices and the item does not always match the picture – quality and color. I am out 43.18, on a 41.99 dollar dress…refunded 3.00 but charged a foreign transaction fee. Just look and then move on.
I’m having the same issues as stated above. Trying to return 2 dresses purchased in the beginning of September, they arrived after the event I had initially wanted them for. Purchased 2 different style dresses so that I may have options. I didn’t even want them after it took so long to receive, I had gone ahead and purchased another dress for my event. Anyway, I’m on my third email back and forth with service rep. They asked me “to consider keeping them” after I clearly stated give me return instructions. Tried them on, 1) was unflattering and the other too long. Sent a second email for return instructions as I do not wish to keep them. They then asked me to “send photos to confirm my problem” how do I show in a photo they arrived after my event? Or that the dress was unflattering, why would anyone do that?! So frustrating. I’m calling it a loss. Don’t buy from this company.
It is NOT reliable site. I never leave reviews, but I am pretty sure this is a scam site. I wish I read these reviews and other site’s reviews prior to my purchase, but I certainly learned my lesson. And if I could publish the entire email thread, I 100% would. I saw their ad on Instagram and visited their site and the clothes were super cute and at a very good price. I bought 4 dresses. Long story short, two fit but the other two were too tight so I emailed them, as their website indicates you should do for returns, and after about 1 week and several emails back and forth, they said I “should keep” the dresses because “shipping prices back to China is very expensive”. At no point on their website do they indicate returns and refunds are NOT possible. And so I am filing a report with the FTC indicating this company is likely a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered end of April. Stupidly didn’t check them out first before placing an order through an Instagram ad. I received a confirmation that links to their store, website and my order. The website exists but all links are broken. They don’t respond to e-mails. If this was ever intended to not be a scam, it is one now because they don’t know how to run an online business or they are overwhelmed. Whatever the case, I’m pretty sure I just lost $100.

I ordered a dress from Chicache.com on April 15, 2020 and to this date have received no updates. I posted a comment on one of their FB posts and within minutes, it was deleted. I’ve sent them FB messages and see where they were “Seen” but never receive a response. This dress was supposed to be for my engagement pictures later this month (May) but now I’m out $45.99 and have no dress.

This website appears to be legit, and show that they have credentials and social media pages. However, they are not. They delete any comments on their social media pages saying that they are a scam. They will not reply to you, they will not mail you the product you purchased. They will send you a fake tracking number and take your money. They also seem to have a few other pages running the same scam. Their description is word for word the same as some other pages including The Mauve Desert.

I ordered a dress online from this website (chicache.com). I was supposed to receive a shipping email when my order shipped. I waited 2 weeks and never got one. I emailed them and they responded saying the item was out of stock but they would send it as soon as it came back in stock, which would only be a couple of days. It has since been another 2 weeks without getting any updates or receiving my item in the mail and I have been sending dozens of emails and messages on Instagram/Facebook. No response at all. I think they have even shut down their email address. I have been trying to find some other way to contact them from their website. No information. No phone. Number. No real address. Also, their website has drastically changed since I placed an order a month ago. It was even [censored] down for a couple days. The items and the pictures are all different from what they were. The item I ordered is no longer even on there. It has just been a terrible experience. And after looking at comments on social media I have realized that they have done this to more people than just me. It is just a complete scam. I doubt they ever sent anything to anybody that placed an order.

This website is pretending to sell clothes and other women accessories and is advertising as a small business. I made an order and never received my items and was still charged. I’ve emailed them and still have not heard anything back from them. They’ve had sponsored ads through Instagram and have stolen money from at least to my knowledge 6-10 other girls and possibly much more. These women and myself have emailed and sent private messages to their Instagram account and have been ignored and had our messages/comments deleted. Other women have commented on their account saying that the website is a scam and have also changed their domain names several times so that they do not get caught. I do have the other women’s names as well as the dollar amounts that they have spent on this site and have yet to receive their products. I am unsure exactly the amount of people who were scammed but about 7-10 women have responded to my complaint in their site saying they have experienced the same thing.
