I received broken jewelry from Chelsea Santiz, owner of Chelsea’s Sweet Pearl’s on more than one occasion. Along with broken jewelry, beads instead of pearls, and missing product…when confronted about the matter Chelsea blocked me from her business page and personal page. She has taken this action with every customer that has tried to confront her about the wrong doing of her actions. Chelsea Santiz has also taken the "Review Feature" off of her business page Chelsea’s Sweet Pearl’s since she started getting bad reviews.
