I placed an order July 20th ,2020 and it is now December 3rd , 2020 and I still have not received my order . The tracking website states this order was delivered to my home but it was not. I tried relocating my package and received information stating that my package was in Tribeca NYC . What a scammmm ! Something has to be done IMMEDIATELY!

I ordered a custom paint by numbers painting on Aug. 31st and received confirmation via email
I later got another email saying it was shipped, so I tracked it until it said it was delievered but when I checked the tracking it said it delivered to my same address but in a different state! (My shipping info was correct the entire time). So I emailed them and about a week later I saw that it said it was on its way to me …I later when to check on the tracking and now their website doesn’t work! I tried emailing them and going on their website through different links but it is still not working and now its Oct. 15th and I still dont have my peoduct or access to the site…

I ordered a Custom paint by numbers painting. They will not write me back I has been Almost two months I believe and the website said it was delivered but it was not also it said it was delivered the day after my purchase I believe. The one email I did get from them was 8/22 saying it jut shipped and would be here no later than 9/10. We’ll it said delivered on China post tracking they provided http://www.track-chinapost.com/ On 8/05 also after the 10th hit the website automatically said delivered which is was not. I have reached out to them over 6+ times and no response!! I added a screen recording of everything I have kept track of
