Someone purchased and booked hotel reservations in Indonesia thru cheapoair.com/fareportal via my PayPal account. I called several times and would be transferred two or three times and stay on hold for an hour, never being able to talk to anyone who could resolve the issue. Also tried a live chat thru website, thought I finally was able to talk to someone but when I sent my problem to them and asking for a refund, the connection was miraculously lost. How inconvenient that is??? Worst customer experience and obviously they are not serious about protecting people’s information. Hopefully won’t be around much longer.
