Cheated out of my buy of supposedly Nike trainers $89 , tried to cancel and told to late posted and tracking number after 48 hrs…nothing…been waiting 5 weeks nothing…somebody should pull this website…ie Nike…not a happy buyer.

Just found out the website is fraud, my mom was nice enough to let me use her card and I spend $86 on shoes, but then it said it may be $570 charge instead I asked them to cancel the order so I hope they actually cancel it because my mother doesn’t deserve this.

I brought a red nike airmax 200 for $90 they said my order is processing after I made the purchase, and then they ask for the credit card information. I send them an email that I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but I haven’t got a response yet. In their bio, they mention that they always responds to customer concerns and their needs, in that case they probably just ignore them and try to avoid any requests about refunds or order cancellations from their customers. I call their agent numerous of times, but decided to not answer them. I wanted to avoid getting scam and just get my money back instead of worrying about the sneakers.

I brought a $90 nike triple red vapormax, I email them to cancel my order and I haven’t received an email ever since then. I call the live support agent’s number and she never pick up the phone. And I’m still waiting for a email back from them.
I ordered two pairs of sneakers from cheap in US on August 26th 2020. I just wanted to log in to see where and track my order as I have yet to receive it and now the domain is not working and I’ve never received the product.
Hang in there, mine took about 8 weeks if you live in Melbourne Australia. Each pair of mine (8) have turned up
I paid 185 for a pair of the Nike Air shocks and a pair of the Nike Air max have not even had them for a week and the bottoms of both pair are falling off and im pissed the web site has been took down or something and i dont have a clue as what to do now
i didnt do my research which i see now was a big mistake. i bought the nike air maxs and payed $90. i wasnt sure if this website was a scam or not but i just decided it wasnt. but now i know its a scam im very upset and angry about this purchase.

Thankfully their website says that they’re not able to accept Visa right now, and to pay with Mastercard, Wire Transfer, or Money order…that was a red flag. So, I did a little research, then contacted their customer service for fun. As expected, the live chat isn’t live at all…it sends you a message to call some number on whatupp, not even Watsup. Lol…Sorry to all who have been had, but do your research prior to sending these scammers your hard-earned money.

emailed me saying if i order another pair of shoes i give you big discount . I refused to do that so he offered to refund me 30 dollars . It’s been over a month still no refund and nobody can find the order. He is taking me i payed on paypal but there is no such order. Crooks. Put that site out of business

Never received my shoes as well from cheapinus. After several attempts to reach them. First they said was due to the Chinese new, orders would be delayed for two weeks. They due to the virus, orders would be delayed again. Then I never heated from them.Miami,Florida
