Purchased to dresses from charmpeachy, they arrived later than what was promised.
After opening merchandise, they clearly not what was described on site. Material of dresses is more like bedsheets. Tried to return, can’t get any feedback. Contacted PayPal to ask for their assistance, they closed the case without even looking into my concerns. Pathetic. Don’t buy. Items are not coming from US buyer beware. $87.68 lost.
I definitely would not recommend attempting to purchase anything from this store. They sent really poor quality dresses with messy stitching and button holes that were too small for the buttons in place. When I reached out to customer service to return them since the return policy allows for returns within 15 days of receipt they asked for pictures of the defects and verification of the sizing through 4 separate emails from 4 different people (or possibly one person signing with different names, who knows) and never gave me the information on how to return the items. The whole situation seems pretty sketchy and the dresses don’t even look like the ones in the pictures. Please spare yourself and don’t order anything from charmpeachy.
I am experiencing the same as these two other posters. Been thirty days and no 250.00 refund yet. I’m so upset and will contact BBB next.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
After seeing an add on Facebook for charmpeachy.com, I placed an order for four dresses. The website had you pay using PayPal, which I didn’t think anything of at the time until receiving an email receipt from PayPal saying you paid $148.16 USD to OASNOVA [email protected], Merchant Transaction ID:
26D70052CF217663R. This name did not match the business name, and I did not receive a confirmation email from the business. I started looking into the company, and the website was created within the last month, and there are no reviews. It appears to be the same company as Fairy Season (which has many claims against it) and OASNOVA is reported as a scam online. I requested a cancelation, and only after I threatened a lawsuit, opening a dispute with my bank and with PayPal they replied. This was their response
"Your order has been cancelled and we issued a full refund to your payment account, please log in and check it.
Normally, there will be 5-15 days before you can receive your refund.
(If you didn’t receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email, we will inform the bank to look into this case for you.)

I don’t trust that I will ever see the refund, and they will not provide me with a phone number, company address, or name of management. This is a scam.
