I ordered 2 pairs of Sandals advertised as Vionics (1 Bella 1 Tide style). I seen the ad through Charmmee on Facebook soc media. They indicated the shoes were made in the USA, USA shipped, and would be received in 7-10 days. After several weeks, I went to Charmmee’s contact. There was only a gmail email…no phone or address. I repeatedly emailed Charmmee at the email ([email protected]), and FINALLY got a response with various excuses…out of stock, Covid, behind in orders, etc. After nearly 2 months of demanding the Sandals, I got them. They are knockoffs, poorly made, not Vionics, and arrived in a plastic bag from China! I shared this with Vionics and FB social media.
