I was gonna purchase a puppy. Cost was $460. On Sept. 14, 2017 I sent 260 walmart to walmart and was gonna send the rest when puppy was delivered. He said he made the arrangements on Sept 16, 2017 with united pet travels but was told I needed to purchase a refunable vpi insurance in order for the puppy to be sent. At the end I said I couldn’t do it for him to pay for it and I would return his money when I sent him the balance I owed. He said the bank was closed so he couldn’t get the money. It ended were he said he would return my $260 on Monday Sept. 18, 2017 when he got out of work. Til this day I haven’t received anything. I’ve called an no answer. I’ve emailed & texted and no reply.
