This website is exactly like the one that scammed me 2 weeks ago. They advertise tiny, teacup Yorkie puppies. In this case Yorkies and Morkies. They advertise very cheap ($580) puppies and state that they are AKC certified with a 5 year health guarantee and will be shipped same day to any destination. I lost $3500.00, thinking I was getting a puppy from these people. They had accents and names that were either Indian or African. I am happy to pass on the email addresses and phone numbers of the people, but I’m sure they are not using them now. They insist on using Zelle, a third party payment system through your bank that is not protected and you cannot get your money back because the transaction takes place immediately. Once you pay the fee for the puppy and the "flight voucher", they will email you and tell you that the crate that the dog was delivered in is not up to standard and you need to rent or buy and new crate, pay for a stabilization shot and a deposit of $1000.00, refundable upon delivery of the puppy. Then they send a flight itinerary which looks legitimate but has no flight numbers. They will then email you and say that you need to pay another $1500.00 for some licensure to fly the puppy to your airport or there will be serious consequences to you and the puppy. This fee "will be returned upon delivery of the puppy, in cash". None of this is true. There is no breeder, puppy or "Moving Wings" pet transport company. The phone numbers are from Virginia and Maryland but it is possible to pick any number you want no matter where you live, especially a cell phone number.
