I was trying to purchase a puppy. They stated they live in Colorado and breed them. After emailing back and forth, I gave them my phone number to contact me (they asked for it), but they wouldn’t leave a message. After calling the number, it went straight to voicemail, so I looked it up on the white pages, and it is a non-fixed VOIP number. I finally spoke with someone (a foreign guy named “Michael” in a call center). Was supposed to be an individual breeder from their home. He demanded payment of $800. I did not pay after realizing it was a scam prior to talking to him on the phone.
