Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Received a letter in the mail, full color, to the house I just moved into. The letter claims that I had been selected to receive a complimentary vacation in Charleston or Myrtle Beach for 2 nights, along with $150 spending money and a $50 Darden gift card. The letter also claims that they have attempted to reach me previously and have been unsuccessful, so this is my "Final Notification." I had not received any previous communication from them. If they don’t hear from me in 7 days, the offer will be awarded to an alternate recipient. Supposedly, I could call the phone number and claim the award using a unique RSVP code.

After reading the letter, I tried to look up any information I could online. I couldn’t find a website, or even the travel company name (Charleston Travel Packages). However, the physical address seems to have been involved in a previous scam, Uniway. I did not call the number or try to claim this "award" in any way because it seems extremely suspicious.
