I have received 3-4 calls from Chaplain financial in regards to a pay day loan I apparently took out in 2013 (never happened). They have no personal information about me except my name and last 4 of my ss# and an email address that never belonged to me. They insist that I know all about this and think its funny that someone has obviously stolen some of my personal information to apply for such a loan. I have never looked into, applied for, or accepted money from a payday lender. They continue to threaten me with delivering notices to my place of employment and giving it to my supervisor if I’m not there (which they don’t know where I work either). The phone calls consist of basically threats only, they don’t give any information about the supposed lender, location, or dates of said transaction. I have blocked their phone numbers now.

This place calls and states that you have a suit filled against you and to call 404-400-7603. When you speak to them they are very rude and will hang up on you when they realize that they will not get the money out of you. I called them back several times to get a physical address and they will not give it to you. I asked for them to send me something through the mail and said that they cannot because they had already sent it through email. This was for a pay day loan, which I have never taken out a pay day loan
