Certified doc prep services lpThe letter said to call the number with a case ID so they can help students reduce their loans or even get loan forgiveness. I called them and gave them my SSN and DOB, ID #and they logged into my FAFSA website and created an FSA ID for me which is not allowed. They said I’d have to make 3 payments of $250 and then my loans would be forgiven.
