I found a puppy that I wanted and after several emails back-and-forth with the breeder/seller sent me a SPA explaining how that was protecting my money and their property. They explain the price of the puppy and stated that there would be no additional charges whatsoever. After I agreed to the terms and made a $600 payment through Western Union I was told that they were sending the puppy and a shipper would confirm the times with me through email. In the shippers email he was demanding $980 in saying I would be refunded 950 in the airport after receiving the dog. I explained to him that the seller said there was no additional charges and he said he would not send the dog unless I paid him. So I did not pay him and I contacted the seller/breeder who has not replied after several emails.
I thought that the SPA would protect my money which it clearly states that it would, But I am now finding out online that that was fraud as well.
