It’s a scam promising a $10,000 a month job to play on the beaches of Cancun. They say that no experience is needed but they want you to send them a photo of yourself as well as a video of you talking. Then they will "vote" on you. Sounds like a human trafficking scam. No real job will hire you for that kind of money but not ask for experience or education but they have to know what you look like.
