Asked for medicare SSA card number and said existing cards will be invalid effective June 15 and new plastic cards would be issued. Then asked for my SS number. Said my record would be marked that I refused to comply and said he didn’t want me to lose my benefits that I had worked so hard to earn. He was very persistent.
