In a letter to update the procedures involving my enrollment in Cenlars Forebearance plan false phone numbers were stated on my letter and on the letter alone. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone had a copy of the letter on her computer with a code inserted in place of the phone number that was printed on my copy, so only I the recipient of the letter would know about the deceptive practice. When calling the number, suggested as a help hotline the only the automated system offered one fraudulent offer after another including insurance offers and auto offers. I hung up after the loop went as far as seven.
