Okay , so my friend gave me an old iPhone she had but she didn’t remember the apple id & password and she already had reset it so it was set to activation lock because she never turned off find my iPhone . So I was searching the net trying to find a site that would help unlock. So I came across www.cellunlocker.co.uk and I went to look at reviews and all the reviews were GREAT ! I didn’t STOP to think like maybe there writing all there reviews but now that’s what I’m thinking is going on. So I fill out information on the site for them to unlock my phone it was 27$ and I put my card in and then they charged another unauthorized payment of 42$ and I was like *** ( excuse my language)! I seen that and I got mad so they said that the phone would be unlocked in 24-72hours. okay so they have a link you can click to track your process so I’m tracking the process and by the time it got to 38% on the 4thda past the day they said it should take up to . They sent me am email that said my phone was reported stolen and that they couldn’t unlock it and I’m angry because i checked the device soon as my friend gave it to me and there is nothing wrong with the device . so i went back to check more reviews to see if i can find someone having the same problem and behold there was tons pf people that was saying the same thing. So I instantly contacted the merchant for a refund but they said that the people don’t want to give me my money back. So just be careful because the site looked real legit and they have you fooled with the fake reviews. And then it says that i need premium service but it isn’t available yet and they will send me an email when it is available . They must they that if they take our money the first time and it doesn’t work that we will do it again that’s insane.

Their website offers iCloud unlocking of iPhones. They state a price of 19.99 Pounds. Buried in their Terms and Conditions link at the bottom (it may or may not open for you, you need to click it multiple times, they’re that shady) is that the service is merely a downpayment to get in line for an iCloud unlock.

Then they state a larger amount of 35 Pounds for the actual unlock. If you pay that money, then they say that they are unable to unlock your iPhone because it has been BLOCKED as stolen. Even if it’s your own phone.

Then they get to keep your money because if they say that your iPhone has been blocked, they don’t have to refund your money. That part of the Terms and Conditions is under their "100% Refund Guarantee" section.

The Credit card companies won’t allow you to dispute the charge because this scam site has put all these extortion details in the Terms and Conditions, so the Credit Card company says it’s your fault. Meanwhile, they get to take a cut from every transaction these scammers process.

There is 2 stage payment process when you go to icloud unlock your phone with "https://cellunlocker.co.uk"

First, they trick you into buying their service, which cost almost $26, and when you go and track your order, you will see this:

Unlock for (your IMEI) locked to Activation Lock

Activation Lock: 25% complete – Awaiting final payment

Thanks for making your pre-order deposit. The process is now ready to complete and will remove the device from the previous owner’s iCloud account, very useful if the previous owner is unresponsive.

Please make the final payment by clicking the link below – £30.00. It will take around 2-3 working days.

It gets even better when you realize what just happened, and you try to get your money back, they will tell you this:

"We cannot refund pre-orders due to the cost of providing the service, as stated on our homepage. However, if no further payment is made by yourself we will not proceed with the unlocking and no more payment will be due".

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
