A message was left on the phone by a James Cosner and to call back in regards to a civil claim. But when we called the number it was the same guy voice but by the name of James Sullivan when asked what the company was called it is called CDR mediation/ or also going by name of civil dispute resolution. He wanted us to verify personal information and he said he knows everything about the case but then he wanted personal information. He would not tell the address of the company and was getting agitated and hung up
