I was contacted & told that they would lower the. Interest rate on one of my credit cards to 0% but I had to pay an upfront fee of $690 for them to work with the companies to get my rate lowered. I was told that for the life of my card it would be at a 0% interest rate but a year later it went up to 23% and when I called back to rectify the situation they were very rude and continue to lie to me .
