Type of a scam Phishing
When I answered the phone, the recorded voice said my name in a questioning manner. I say yes without even thinking about it, and it started in with a recording stating "its so nice to hear a friendly voice, my last call was awful". I hung up before it went any further, but am concerned with saying yes.
