Victim was contacted by someone claiming to be from Cash Awards Program. Victim was told she had won $2.5 million and to receive payment she would need to pay the "insurance". Scammer did not say what the amount for the insurance would be. Only info victim could collect was phone number – 281-724-4072 and that person was calling from Cash Awards Program.
