I got a strange text from a number claiming to be cash app about a transaction. I checked my cash app and didn’t see anything. I got the text again so i googled cash app customer service and called. A man with a heavy foreign accent answered and wanted me to download a Quiksupport app. I did not want to download an app. He kept asking me for banking info and personal questions. He also asked me If i have a bank account connected to my cashapp and if so how much was in it. He then wanted my bank number. I became very suspicious and ended the call. He keeps calling me back demanding i speak with him and that if i don’t i will be committing fraud.

I googled the number to help with my cash app card setup. At first know answered so I hung up. Then I got call back from my guy named Daniel later on I learned his ID number along with another agents ID number. They were trying to link my cash app card to my bank account they had me go through team viewer in order to do so. Once that happened I seen everything and it showed that the account didn’t go through so we disconnected my bank account and tried another account
However, I learned a little while later that $301 was deducted from my bank account. was that account that we tried next didn’t have any money on it so he said it would not link because the goal was to send the money to the cash app well on the third try we linked my chime card at this point. The agent said that he was using a secured account every time he did extractions from my accounts. I thought that this was legit until he asked me for my savings account number for my Chime. By this time he had already deducted $2400 from my checking account on my Chime card and told me that I wouldn’t get it back if I didn’t follow the directions that he had for me I went to three different agents it was three agents only had two ID numbers for two of the agents. When I asked for the last agent ID number the phone died twice like the line disconnected. I’m a single mother with three kids I work hard and the money that I get is for jobs an extra income for my family please can you help me I’ll send you the pictures of everything I have.
