Middle Eastern man who says his name is Rob Wilson. Calls me back to back and sends text messages if I do not respond to calls. Told me I was eligible for a loan between $2,000-$7,000. He had all my information already on hand somehow. When he calls he instructs that I must go to Walmart and buy gift cards so I can receive the loan. Calls almost every hour and says that he is trying to deposit money into my account to buy the gifts cards.
