Classic bait & switch scammers. The Iron Man Mask looks nothing like to web image. They sent me a cheap gold and red plastic toy that costs $10 on other web sites. Returns are non-existent. They say to mail it back, but the package is never delivered. I suspect the address is a dead mailbox. Now I’m left with disputing through the credit card.

Bought a silver and red Mk 5 Iron Man helmet for $100. What I got was a cheap, plastic gold and red one I can buy from Target for $10. Came in bubblewrap and a toilet paper box. Took months to get here and was almost impossible to get any answers. Scammers!

These guys are scammers. I watched an ad on Facebook for a remote control plane and the one they sent out is not anywhere the quality. The specifications are not even as per the description.

They are a scam and sell CHEAP merchandise that took over 6 mos to arrive and when it did, it didn’t look the same as the picture and it was broken. When I reached out to their customer service they told me not to leave a bad remark that the owner was at fault. What a bunch of BS. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a mop in April. I thought because of Covid that’s why it was taking longer. I had a tracking number, and then saw that it was delivered to the wrong address and state. There is no direct phone number to contact them by, only email. I emailed and finally someone got back to me, and said they are trying to locate and will send another. It’s now August, and they are giving me a run around when they actually respond, saying contact me by this date. I told them just to refund me, and no response.
