I ALSO ordered an adult sized bathtub and received a small pillow. I emailed them and they said their “staff” would resolve the problem and I would receive my tub. Weeks went by and they closed down their website. Luckily I used PayPal and I have an open dispute with them, but the date of resolution keeps getting pushed back a week here a week there. They had the nerve to ask me to send the stupid pillow back, at my own expense! I did so! I just want my $149.99 back!
I also ordered an adult folding bathtub for $99 in May, but they sent me a small cushion/pillow after about two weeks. I sent them an email asking why I received a cushion instead of a folding bathtub. They wrote me back, apologizing and promising to send me the folding bathtub. I waited for a couple of weeks and sent them another email to ask about my order. They never replied. Since I paid for it via PayPal, I filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim. Cartdig said they would give me a full refund on the condition that I return the cushion/pillow to INDIA (they shipped it from within the US!) at my expense and have them receive it in the same condition as before. What a joke! The cost of shipping the cushion/pillow to the specified location in India is likely more than the thing itself is worth, not to mention that such a long-distance shipment could easily become damaged or lost en route. I even told PayPal I would be willing to deduct the cost of the item from my refund. I hope Paypal comes through and sees the bad-faith condition from Cartdig for what it is – a scam!

On March 17th 2020 I ordered the 5 in 1 Led tightening with box for $37.99. They took the money from my account right away. I emailed them numerous times till i got a response on my order #CD1007 stating it would be shipped by June 15th 2020. never recieved it and i sent them numerous emails about my order, I told them i wanted my money back still no response hnow here we are July 26th 2020 and still no response from them. I am not happy at all . I want my money back. they are scammers
same here ordered a bathtub never came now the website is down before they shut down the item was shipped to Texas but i live in Illinois i should have known better for a bathtub worth 899.00 selling for 99.00 and free shipping they got me Cartdig SUCKS
Oh my gosh the exact same thing just happened to me. Ordered the folding bathtub for $99 and the pillow came after 3 weeks yesterday. I’m filing a dispute with PayPal to hopefully get a refund
