Type of a scam Online Purchase
I placed an order on 11/5/2019, (order #***), they said it would be shipped the same day as I ordered, today is 11/13/2019 and they still haven’t even process it yet but they took my money on 11/5/2019 in the amount of $112.10, I have sent emails (because that’s the only way to contact them) asking for someone to call me and I get a computer recorded email back that says my order will be processed soon, no phone call from anyone, I ordered trail cameras for my hunting trip that I leave on 11/14/2019 thinking I had more then enough time to order and receive them before I leave, especially when they are shipping it the same day ( so they say ), now tomorrow I am leaving for my hunting trip and I don’t have my cameras that I ordered, there not even processed to ship yet, I emailed them again asking for someone to call me because I need to change the shipping address to where I’ll be hunting and again I got a computer email saying my order will be processed soon, no phone call from them or a number that I can call them, I feel as though this is a scam and this company stole my $112.10
